PalliativeCareWeek.com has been developed by the All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care (AIIHPC) to act as the central online hub for annual Palliative Care Week campaign on the island of Ireland.
The website brings together information about the annual campaign, its theme, events, resources, personal stories and opportunities to get involved. It aims to support individuals, communities, organisations and healthcare services to take part in Palliative Care Week and to help raise awareness and understanding of palliative care.
As the campaign develops each year, this website will be updated with new resources, event listings, stories and campaign materials. It also provides access to information from previous Palliative Care Week campaigns, helping to showcase the continued growth and impact of the initiative.
